This site is a studio website. It does not run advertising trackers, and it does not create an account for you. The information below covers what happens if you send a project enquiry.
What I collect
If you use the contact form I receive the name, email address, company, website, project type, budget, timescale, description and any files you attach. If you email me instead, I receive whatever you choose to send.
Why
To reply to the enquiry, decide whether the work is a good fit, and keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is legitimate interests in running a small professional practice, and taking steps toward a contract if we go ahead.
How long
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation or for ordinary business records, then deleted. Files you attach are not stored on this website after the email is sent.
Processors
The form is sent through Resend, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data in order to deliver those services.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to the processing. Write to richard@rabbitsfoot.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO.
